* 1966: Slått sammen med Gulf+Western Industries .
* 1994: Gulf+Western Industries ble omdøpt til Paramount Communications .
* 1994: Paramount Communications fusjonerte med Viacom .
* 2006: CBS Corporation anskaffet vicom , og effektivt bringe Paramount under CBS -paraplyen.
* 2019: Viacomcbs fusjonerte med CBS Corporation å danne viacomcbs .
* 2022: Viacomcbs ble omdøpt til Paramount Global .
